The issue affecting the Form Widget and Custom Form Widget submissions has been resolved. All queued leads have now been processed and will appear within Leads in your account. Any associated workflow automations have also successfully run.

Investigating -
We’re currently investigating an issue affecting both the Form Widget and Custom Form Widget in Leadpages. Leads submitted through these widgets are being queued and will be rerun once the issue is resolved. Our team is actively working to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
